L\u00e1k\u00e1 v\u00e1s vyzkou\u0161et saunu? P\u0159ipravili jsme pro v\u00e1s \u201emanu\u00e1l\u201c pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edka<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Posadit se na d\u0159ev\u011bnou lavici a nechat po sob\u011b st\u00e9kat pot, se kter\u00fdm odch\u00e1zej\u00ed i starosti a stres\u2026 L\u00e1k\u00e1 v\u00e1s vyzkou\u0161et saunu, ale pol\u00e9v\u00e1 v\u00e1s dop\u0159edu horko z\u00a0p\u0159edstavy, \u017ee se zabalen\u00ed do b\u00edl\u00e9ho prost\u011bradla dopust\u00edte za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dnick\u00e9ho faux-pax? Na obavy a nejistotu nen\u00ed m\u00edsto. P\u0159ipravili jsme pro v\u00e1s manu\u00e1l, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu si hned prvn\u00ed pobyt v saun\u011b u\u017eijete na 100 procent.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n Laikovi se saunov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee jevit jako slo\u017eit\u00fd ritu\u00e1l se spoustou pravidel, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159eba dodr\u017eet. A saunov\u00e1n\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b ritu\u00e1l je \u2013 nicm\u00e9n\u011b rozhodn\u011b ne slo\u017eit\u00fd, ale naopak velmi p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd. Poj\u010fte se pod\u00edvat na to, jak si ho u\u017e\u00edt na maximum!<\/span><\/p>\n Vyberte si saunu, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m sedne<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Nen\u00ed sauna jako sauna. Krom\u011b nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed finsk\u00e9 sauny, kter\u00e1 je dlouhodobou st\u00e1lic\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete vyrazit do revolu\u010dn\u00ed infrasauny, usadit se v\u00a0parn\u00ed komo\u0159e, \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00e9 nebo bio saun\u011b. A ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0typ\u016f m\u00e1 sv\u00e1 specifika. \u201eV infrasaun\u011b se d\u00edky infra\u010derven\u00fdm paprsk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo t\u011blo a nikoli vzduch, za\u010dnete intenz\u00edvn\u011b potit u\u017e p\u0159i pades\u00e1ti stupn\u00edch Celsia,\u201c popisuje Michael B\u00e4umel ze Saunahouse.cz. \u201ePobyt v\u00a0infrasaun\u011b je tedy vhodn\u00fd i pro lidi s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem, astmatiky nebo pro kardiaky.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n Finsk\u00e1 sauna b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozp\u00e1len\u00e1 na 70 a\u017e 90 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia, v\u00a0parn\u00ed komo\u0159e je \u201ejen\u201c okolo 55 stup\u0148\u016f, ale t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stoprocentn\u00ed vlhkost, \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00e1 sauna je naopak stostup\u0148ov\u00e1 v\u00fdhe\u0148 s\u00a0nulov\u00fdm vlhkem. To, kter\u00fd typ saunov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1m bude nejv\u00edc vyhovovat, mus\u00edte vyzkou\u0161et na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei.<\/span><\/p>\n Vyhra\u010fte si dostatek \u010dasu<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Saunov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed o tom, \u017ee si na deset minut sednete do kabiny, pak rychle prob\u011bhnete pod sprchou a za p\u016fl hodiny to \u201em\u00e1te za sebou\u201c. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva sauny je ritu\u00e1l, kter\u00fd byste si m\u011bli u\u017e\u00edt. Cyklus \u201esauna-ledov\u00e1 voda-odpo\u010dinek\u201c byste m\u011bli minim\u00e1ln\u011b dvakr\u00e1t, ide\u00e1ln\u011b t\u0159ikr\u00e1t zopakovat. Pak chvilku posed\u011bt, doplnit tekutiny, d\u00e1t si men\u0161\u00ed ob\u010derstven\u00ed\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n Vyhra\u010fte si pro pobyt v\u00a0saun\u011b alespo\u0148 dv\u011b hodiny, nebudete litovat. Perfektn\u011b zrelaxujete nejen t\u011blo, ale i psychiku. Ne nadarmo se o saun\u011b mluv\u00ed v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm stresu. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je dom\u00e1c\u00ed sauna, do kter\u00e9 se m\u016f\u017eete zav\u0159\u00edt po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m dni a po skon\u010den\u00ed ritu\u00e1lu se posadit do k\u0159esla s\u00a0\u0161\u00e1lkem \u010daje a dobrou kn\u00ed\u017ekou.<\/span><\/p>\n Nepodce\u0148te p\u0159\u00edpravu<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Ne\u017e vyraz\u00edte do sauny, nechte doma v\u0161echny \u0161perky, kter\u00e9 by se na t\u011blo mohly rozp\u00e1lit. Nezapome\u0148te na prost\u011bradlo, do kter\u00e9ho se zamot\u00e1te potom, co se ve spr\u0161e opl\u00e1chnete a n\u00e1sledn\u011b d\u016fkladn\u011b osu\u0161\u00edte! <\/span><\/p>\n Jestli\u017ee se chyst\u00e1te do sauny, vynechte alkohol i cigarety. Saunu si neu\u017eijete s\u00a0pr\u00e1zdn\u00fdm \u017ealudkem, ale ani po vydatn\u00e9m j\u00eddle, kdy se c\u00edt\u00edte pln\u00ed k\u00a0prasknut\u00ed. Ne nadarmo se mluv\u00ed o zlat\u00e9 st\u0159edn\u00ed cest\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n Netrhejte hned p\u0159i prvn\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b rekordy<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Na sv\u011btov\u00e9 rekordy jsou tu jin\u00ed \u2013 v\u017edy\u0165 se ka\u017ed\u00fd rok po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 i mistrovstv\u00ed sv\u011bta. Pobyt v\u00a0saun\u011b pak ale nen\u00ed relax, ale v\u00fdkon na hranici lidsk\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed. Pamatujte, \u017ee optim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lka saunov\u00e1n\u00ed ve finsk\u00e9 saun\u011b je 12 minut, ale jen v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je v\u00e1m vysok\u00e1 teplota p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n P\u00e1l\u00ed v\u00e1s boltce, h\u016f\u0159 se v\u00e1m d\u00fdch\u00e1 a na d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 lavici poposed\u00e1v\u00e1te, proto\u017ee v\u00e1s p\u00e1l\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee? Nep\u0159em\u00e1hejte se, vyjd\u011bte ven a zchla\u010fte se. Saunov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed o p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed limit\u016f, ale o p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch pocitech. Za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk\u016fm b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bji na spodn\u00edch lavic\u00edch, kde je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplota. A pamatujte i na to, \u017ee subjektivn\u011b vn\u00edman\u00e1 teplota se zvy\u0161uje s\u00a0rostouc\u00ed vlhkost\u00ed. V\u00a0saun\u011b v\u00e1m tedy bude po polit\u00ed rozp\u00e1len\u00fdch kamen\u016f vodou v\u00fdrazn\u011b tepleji.<\/span><\/p>\n Nesk\u00e1kejte do toho po hlav\u011b<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n M\u00e1me na mysli baz\u00e9n s\u00a0chladnou vodou, kter\u00fd k\u00a0saunov\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 neodmysliteln\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed. Odborn\u00edci doporu\u010duj\u00ed se p\u0159ed vstupem do vody, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla m\u00edt okolo 10 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia, nejprve osprchovat a sm\u00fdt pot. A pak do baz\u00e9nku pomalu vstupovat a ochlazovat se od nohou. B\u011bhem p\u00e1r des\u00edtek vte\u0159in by se t\u011blo s\u00a0teplotn\u00edm \u0161okem m\u011blo vyrovnat.
